At Pure 7OH Ltd., we are committed to clear expectations and fair resolution when issues arise. While we take great care to ensure order accuracy and product quality, this policy outlines how returns, refunds, and claims are handled should a concern occur.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Finalization & Refund Requests

Once an order has been marked as fulfilled, it is considered final and may not be canceled. Refunds are not automatic and must be requested and approved by our support team before any return is initiated.

If a refund request is approved:

  • The item must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Products must be shipped back to us for inspection

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and reviewed

Return shipping labels are provided at our discretion and only in limited circumstances. Customers should expect to cover return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Shipping delays are not eligible for refunds.


Missing or Damaged Product Claims

We take fulfillment accuracy seriously. To protect both customers and our company, strict verification is required for all missing or damaged item claims.

Mandatory Video Verification

All claims involving missing items must include one continuous, unedited video showing:

  • The sealed shipping package

  • The opening of the package

  • The contents being fully displayed and verified

Claims submitted without this video will not be approved under any circumstances.


Video Guidelines

For Powder Orders

  • Show the sealed shipping box before opening

  • Open the package on camera

  • Display all contents clearly

  • Weigh the powder on camera

  • Include a calibration weight in the same video to verify scale accuracy

For Tablet Orders

  • Show the sealed shipping box from multiple angles

  • Open the package on camera

  • Display all contents clearly

  • Count all tablets on camera
    (High-count orders are verified by count, not weight)


Tablet Breakage During Shipping

Minor tablet breakage can occur during transit due to compression and does not impact product integrity. This is considered normal and is not grounds for refund. Count discrepancies will only be reviewed if supported by a compliant verification video.

No exceptions will be made.


Powder Products: Refund & Exchange Rules

Due to safety and handling considerations, powdered products are not eligible for return or refund once shipped, except in cases of verified shipping damage.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Opened or partially used powder

  • Dissatisfaction with product characteristics

  • Variations between lab results or batch profiles

  • Personal preference or expectation mismatch

Damaged Powder Claims

If a powder product arrives damaged (such as a broken or unsealed container):

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued

Powders cannot be resold once returned, which is why this policy is strictly enforced.


Tablet Products: Refund & Exchange Rules

Customers may sample up to three tablets from a tablet order.

To qualify for a return:

  • At least 90% of the tablets must remain unused

  • Tablets must be returned in original packaging

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Return Outcomes

  • Eligible returns may be exchanged for another product, or

  • Issued as store credit, valid for 12 months

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved. Returned items must be shipped promptly once authorization is granted.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Important shipping terms:

  • We use third-party carriers and discounted shipping services

  • Transit times are outside our control once a package is handed to the carrier

  • Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances

Late Deliveries

Refunds are not issued for delayed deliveries regardless of shipping method.

Exception — UPS Next Day Air
If an order shipped via UPS Next Day Air arrives more than one business day late, a store credit equal to 50% of the shipping cost will be issued for future use.


Shipping Fee Disclaimer

Shipping charges are never refunded.
If an order is returned for store credit, the credit applies to product value only. Shipping costs are excluded.
